NYCT – Staten Island Track Circuit Project 

Tap Electric was hired to perform signal construction and upgrades on the NYCT Staten island mainline. Bison Rail was contracted to perform the following activities: 

• Completed site-surveys for design phase 

• Resolution of technical issues during pre-testing 

• Microprocessor Testing Support 

• Track circuit upgrades 

• Cutover Support
