COST ESTIMATING
Bison Rail Systems participated on a team that estimated the cost of digging a four-foot-deep trench between the track shoulder and the Hudson River along the Metro-North Hudson Line, from CP5 to CP35. The cost estimate also included costing for construction of a power, signal, and communication duct bank to be constructed in the trench and then secured, backfilled, and tamped.
