RAILWAY SIGNAL SYSTEM DESIGN REVIEW
Bison Rail Systems assists in the evaluation and design modification of the 4th Main Rail Project.
Bison conducted a comprehensive railway signal design and cost estimate review and was instrumental in generating a substantial cost savings for the 4th Main Rail project.
Bison also identified the means to increase train speeds through the Millennium Interlocking with additional, costly track work.
Bison field surveyed the project limits and coordinated with NICTD and Chicago Metra to address concerns with the railway signal design raised by NICTD.
Bison provided drawing markups and independent cost estimating for the railway signaling for the 4th Main Project.
