Bison Rail Systems participated on a team that evaluated the total value of the capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operational expenditure (OPEX) for the Move Sao Paulo (MSP), Line 6 subway line that is currently under construction.

Bison Rail Systems specific tasks included evaluation of the cost of the automatic fare collection system, communication system, CBTC, traction electrification system and passenger information systems.

Bison Rail Systems has developed cost estimates for each technical discipline and evaluated client construction costs against data collected by Bison Rail Systems during field surveys of multiple construction sites, as well as industry norms.

Bison Rail Systems assisted in preparation of a final report to the client, Odebrecht providing valuation of the assets.
